This is a really nerve-wrecking story to hear about this un-human behaviour.

An 18-year old pregnant girl was beaten up by her boyfriend and his two other friends because he refused to take responsibility for the pregnancy – God, please restore some faith back to humanity!

The unfortunate incident took place on Monday, 2 September, when the victim’s boyfriend, known as ‘Atab’, took her to a lane behind their college at about 2.30am.

Then Atab and his friends started to beat the victim with a hard object before leaving her at the scene.

This is a behaviour considered as worse than animals, the victim has been reported that she suffered injuries to her face, and was taken to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital for treatment.

The pregnancy was not known by the family, and it has come to a shock to the victim’s father.

Police have arrested the suspects including the boyfriend on the day of the incident itself.

The suspects have been remanded for three days to assist police in their investigations under Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt.

Now this type of people is the reason why the world is not getting better. Everyone needs to learn about ownership, respects, and being the ‘good-guy’ – or maybe that is so much to ask?
