Waze Is Adding Toll Rates To Better Plan Your Routes
Our society has been relying a lot on GPS for planning the best routes for a drive, even the simplest one. One of the famous app for road navigation in Malaysia, is the Waze, which has been the highest amount of users in Asia, ranging up to 2.5 million users daily.
One of the requested feature by the users are to add the toll rates. And it has been now added as courtesy of its vast community.

This function is compatible with high-occupancy-vehicle (HOV) lanes and appears automatically whenever there’s a toll along the suggested route.
Another interesting feature is that drivers will now be able to compare the savings or extra charges from the toll against the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to calculate the best cost-effective route for your daily drive.
Moriah Royz, Waze Product Manager gave this statement as a thank you for fellow Waze users in Malaysia:
“We’re delighted to bring Toll Prices to Malaysia. Thanks to the phenomenal efforts of our volunteer community, we’ve been able to make one of the most requested features on Waze a reality.
