Japanese Man Got A Six Pack Just By Doing This 4-Minutes Routine Everyday
Everyone who watch Thor in the Avengers, or Zac Efron in Baywatch, would be thinking the same thing, “How do I get that body?”
Recently a Japanese man has revealed his secret that turned his average dad-bod into a hunky lean body, and it just take 4-minutes of his time, everyday!

The man shared his workout video on his Twitter page, under the handle “Hiiragi Sensei” which means Teacher Hiragi.
He has been doing this workout at home everyday for the past five months.

Which means that he achieved this body when he started his training on March 2019. The workout is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which are famously done at gyms.
As a good teacher, he shows his workout to share it with everyone that they too can do the same to achieve that dream bod.
He also said that he’s been taking good care of his diet as well, taking roughly between 1,000 to 1,500 calories by eating more vegetables, with low carbs. And of course he avoid having sweet drinks, snacks, and desserts.
Although that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t eat all the good stuffs. He also shared that occasionally we should indulge ourselves to our favourite food to balance your life. He shared that he too enjoy a little bit of grilled meats and bubble tea from time to time.
